Solar Twin Cities is a solar group buy program that can help residents and commercial business property owners throughout Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul invest in lower cost solar installations by pooling their buying power to secure significant discounts that make installing solar more affordable.
Solar Twin Cities is organized by the non-profit Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA) in collaboration with communities including the Cities of Richfield, Eden Prairie, Maplewood, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Oakdale, Woodbury, White Bear Lake; and the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE), as well as pre-qualified contractor TruNorth Solar.
Solar Twin Cities – Solar Power Hour events educate homeowners and small business owners on energy efficiency, the basics of solar energy, relevant incentives, financing options, how the solar group program works and are the first step to becoming involved. You can also receive a no obligation solar site assessment from program installer, TruNorth Solar.
